Formativ Health’s Enterprise-Wide Scheduling Solution, DASH, Available on Salesforce Appexchange, was Chosen by Mayfield Clinic
NEW YORK … February 4, 2019 … Formativ Health, a technology-enabled health services company focused on transforming the patient-provider experience, announced today its enterprise-wide scheduling solution, DASH, is now available on Salesforce AppExchange.
DASH was recently selected by Mayfield Brain & Spine in Cincinnati, OH to improve appointment utilization for their over 25,000 patients. This is a critical component of Mayfield’s Patient Relationship Management solution being built on the Health Cloud Platform from Salesforce.com.
Designed to optimize workflow, minimize patient call times, improve efficiency and intelligently fill provider’s schedules, DASH, powered by Radix Health, offers a distinctive approach to enterprise-wide and patient self-scheduling. It also offers features that allow for advance and in-office check-in, better streamlining patient pre-visit logistics.
Those Formativ Health clients – physician practices, hospitals and health systems nationwide – who leverage the Company’s patient access technology and services to manage all facets of their patients’ experiences, can also use DASH to appropriately fill patient slots and reduce no-shows and cancellations.
DASH’s capabilities include:
- Provider Matching, which provides enhanced patient to provider matching based on a rules engine defined by provider, practice, and workflow
- No-Show Prediction that predicts who won’t show up to enable users to intelligently overbook and maximize access
- Automated Messaging, which sends automated patient reminders via phone, text or email in an attempt to minimize no shows. There is also a capability that can produce automated wait lists, intelligently texting patients to encourage them to book earlier appointments
